Description

The Pinus pinea pine nut is the nut with the highest protein content of all nuts. Between 33 and 39 % of its content is vegetable protein, a good alternative to animal proteins in our diet. Its mineral content is not comparable to that of pine nuts of other origins. It is very rich in magnesium, potassium, phosphorus and zinc, all of them easily absorbed and essential minerals for the functioning of the organism. All this makes it “the undisputed king of nuts”.
